Instructions, terms and conditions – Talent grooming is one of the sacred activities of humanity. Many organisations and institutes are devoted to this great service with high degree of purity and honesty at academic or professional level. HDM will list such institutes on HDM portal with title ‘talent grooming institutes List. This list will be helpful for youths to search an appropriate place for talent grooming and that will also useful for institutes to cater gifted students.

                    The talent grooming institutes may be colleges, schools, academic organisation or professional institutes with specialisation in at least one of the talent categories i.e. - Music (vocal & instrumental), Dancing, Drama, Oratory (story / poetry / speech), Drawing and painting, Sculpture, Ceramic, Graphic, Fabric art, Wood art, Bamboo art, Culinary art, Traditional dresses, Traditional ornaments, Traditional music instruments.

                    The talent grooming institutes have to apply in prescribed format to secure their entries in ‘Talent Grooming Institutes’. Willing institutes have to download prescribed application form from Human Divinity Mission Portal. Application form duly filled, signed and scanned in pdf should be submitted along with a video of trainee’s performance, maximum duration of 4 minutes, to the mail address – tgi@hna-hdm.com No money will be charged in any form or for any cause or in any mode from participating institutes and also no money will be provided to the participating institutes for performance videos or anything.

                                           All received entries will be examined on the merit basis. Selected extraordinary performances (entire video or some segments of video of performance) will be given space in HDM YouTube releases. All such selected Institutes will be listed in ‘Talent Grooming Institutes’ on HDM portal. ‘Talent Grooming Institutes List will include the name of institute, Specialisation brief, postal address, contact phone number (optional), contact mail address, along with the video link of HDM YouTube programme in which the Institute trainee’s performance is released.

                                             The HDM may also promote the Institute by releasing their ‘Institute Performing wall posters’ in HDM format. These posters will be available of HDM portal for free download for everyone after signing up HDM portal. But such promotional posters will be optional for ‘talent grooming Institutes’. The HDM will only design and release such promotional posters when participating Institute will request this in application form and will provide a separate performing photograph (photograph while performing) in high resolution (at least 300 DPI) in JPEG format through mail along with application form and performance video.The HDM will have all rights to release or not to release the promotional ‘Performing wall posters.

                                         No separate information regarding selection will be given to anyone. All rights related to the selection of entries and use of performance videos in HDM programmes will remain with HDM. HDM will also have the rights to add or drop (delete) any material from portal or from YouTube at any time without any prior information.

                                            If any talent grooming institute in any stage or on any time want to delete/ remove institute’s names from Talent Grooming Institutes, the institute has all rights to do so. For such deletion/ removal requests the institute has to simply write us an email on drtgi@hna-hdm.com  from the same mail the institute has applied for entry in Talent Grooming Institutes.
